Thank you for purchasing a Benye! Benye is the premier manufacturer of compact equipment in the China. As part of our commitment to quality and reliability, Benye tractor corporation provides to you, at no extra charge, comprehensive warranty coverage for your new Benye products.

Warranty start date

 The warranty coverage begins on the day that you buy your new Benye product, this is the registration date, and is on file with Benye tractor corporation.

This warranty does NOT cover failures caused by:

 Abusive operation
Natural calamities
Unauthorized modifications
Unauthorized repairs
Non-Benye parts
Neglected maintenance
Unapproved attachments or usage, which is contrary to the intended purpose

This warranty does NOT cover replacement of wear or maintenance items(unless defective) including, but NOT limited to:

 Clutch and brake linings
Light bulbs
Lubricants & coolants
Belts
Bucket teeth
Spark plugs
Filers(air, fuel, oil)
Windows glass
Cutting blades
Injector nozzles

Warranty terms

 24 months warranty: transmission case housing, clutch housing, engine block.

12 months warranty: four wheel drive front axle assembly, and all gears, seals, bearing, etc., contained within, (except clutch disc), and rear axle housing and everything contained within, and pumps and valves associated with driveline operation.

valve cover, cylinder head, cylinder block, oil pan, timing cover, crankshaft, flywheel housing, and the parts enclosed therein. Does NOT include fuel, electrical, cooling intake, and exhaust components.

3 mouths warranty: starting motor, battery, generator and other electrical system parts.

 How to obtain warranty service

 To obtain warranty service under the terms and conditions if the Benye warranty, you must deliver the product to an authorized Benye dealer, along with proof of purchase. Benye recommends that you rake your equipment to the sealer from whom it was purchased for the warranty repair. If that is inconvenient, it may be taken to any authorized Benye dealer. Note: warranty coverage may be different for attachments or implements purchased with a tractor.

2. Parts Service

You can count on your local Benye dealer to provide genuine Benye parts solutions to help keep your costs down and your Benye products running at peak performance. When you buy from your Benye dealer, you can be assured that your Benye part is manufactured to meet original equipment design criteria. Additionally, all Benye products parts come with a six-month, unlimited hours warranty. So, when you need parts for your Benye products, don't settle for anything other than genuine Benye products parts.
